Big Brother Live Feeds, March 7th, Part Two – A Change in Plans
We’re back from the flames, and Chelsia has won the veto. This’ll make it much easier for Operation Boston Has Left the Building to take place. The results are similar to one of the veto comps from last season, as Sheila is stuck wearing a red unitard (no! not the unitard!), and there are lots of hamsters with prizes. Adam has won a motorcycle, Ryan scooped $10,000, Sharon’s got a slop pass, and Joshuah is getting a letter from home.
Sharon is worried now about who might go on the block with her. James, Chelsia, and Joshuah tell her that it’s okay, she just needs to go to Ryan and make the two-week safety promise. She does this, and Ryan reassures her that she’s staying and he’s planning to put Matt on the block.
Sheila’s trying on her unitard, and she stands up and stays to Jen (Johnson, from last season), “You know I look better than you did!” Hee. Ryan would look better in the unitard than Jen did. Just sayin’.
Chelsia and Ryan talk about putting Matt on the block. She tells him that she won’t all of a sudden be after him when his two weeks of safety is up, so he shouldn’t worry about that. They talk about picking players for the veto, so I guess the magic ping pong balls aren’t in play any more.
Matt goes right up to the HoH room just after Ryan does, and jokes around with him about the backdoor plan. Ryan quickly changes the subject to the bike that Adam won. Matt goes with it for a few minutes, and then swings the conversation right back, saying that Ryan has a big decision to make now. He adds, “Just don’t put me up, you jerk.” Ryan says that Joshuah hasn’t even mentioned the plan to him yet.
Matt leaves and goes downstairs. He tells Sheila that Ryan didn’t really want to talk game with him, and he seems a bit worried by that. Sheila plays along and says that she’s worried she’ll be going up in Chelsia’s place, and Matt says that he could be as well. He goes outside to spend some alone time in the hammock.
Various hamsters are napping now. Sheila tells Adam that people are going to start coming after them soon, and she’s worried that she doesn’t have anyone watching her back. She’s pretty much begging him to promise her that they’re still watching out for each other, and he won’t do it. She says he’s all she’s got in the house. Apparently Sheila won the $10,000 in the comp, and Ryan took it from her. She remarked to him that he was taking that money from a single mother, and Chelsia retorted, “Oh, you’re going to play that card now?” Adam says he heard that, and when Sheila calls Chelsia a bitch, Adam reassures her that Chelsia hates Natalie more than her. I guess that’s his idea of being comforting.
Sheila tells Adam that none of the people in there are really his friends, and he agrees with her. He advises her to go talk to Ryan. Then he promises that he won’t vote her out if she ends up on the block, and she says the same to him. I’m not sure if that was her way of trying to soften him up for the unveiling of Operation Back Door, or if she’s genuinely worried. We all know she can cry on a dime.
Adam has a chat with Sharon, and they discuss how crazy this week is since none of them really know where the others stand since the couples split up. Adam assures Sharon that he’s friends with everyone in the house but hasn’t made any alliances. Sharon says that he’s in a good spot, and should just continue to lay low and vote with the house. She doesn’t think he’s at risk at all of going up this week.
Sharon goes inside, and Matt starts working Adam. He says that he’s pretty sure he’s going up, and Adam thinks that it’ll be Josh. Matt wants to know if Adam’s heard about the backdoor plan, and Adam says no. Matt twists it to make it looks like Adam is somehow involved and at risk of going up if he doesn’t talk to Ryan about an alternative. They both agree it would be a waste of a week to put Sheila on the block, and Adam decides that he’ll go talk to Ryan and convince him to put Josh up in Chelsia’s place. Matt want to know whose side Adam is on, and he says he has to play it like he’s on both sides.
Sheila tells Natalie that the plan is still to backdoor Matt, but wants Natalie to try and talk to Ryan and change his mind. She’s worried that James, Chelsia, Joshuah, and Sharon have too much power in the house, and they need to break up that alliance. She’s not wrong, but I so want to see Matt leave this week. Especially if Alex comes back in the house. Natalie admits to Sheila that she told Matt about the plan last night. Well no kidding.
Shelia goes to Ryan herself and tells him that she thinks backdooring Matt is a bad idea. She explains about the power alliance, and says that the chances of Matt, Natalie, Adam, or herself winning the next HoH are better than the others’, so Ryan would be safe anyway. I have no idea how she figures this one, but we’ll just let her run with it for now. She thinks that, if Joshuah is out of the house, then Sharon will end up aligning with Matt, Natalie, Sheila, Adam, and Ryan.
Ryan seems to digest this info, and actually goes out and tells Matt and Adam that he’s with them, and Joshuah is going up and out. He seems to think that James, Chelsia, Joshuah, and Sharon are trying to mess with him because they thinks he’s the nice guy in the house, and he’s not going to bend over for them any longer. I really wish these alliances would get some names or something just to make typing this all out a bit easier.
Joshuah gets his letter, and it’s from his mom. He reads it out loud and gets teary-eyed. Aw. It basically says that everyone is doing well, they’re holding viewing parties to see him on TV, and they love and support him. Sweet. The rest of them wonder why BB isn’t giving them letters from home in their HoH baskets. That’s a good point, although it could be because of all the controversy over the hidden messages last season.
Josh, Chelsia, Sharon, and James talk about the order they want people out of the house. Since they still think Ryan’s taking the two-week free pass deal, they’ll target Natalie and then Sheila, and then ensure they have the votes to get rid of Adam and Ryan. Of course they don’t have a backup plan in case one of those people wins HoH. Because we all know that any good strategic plot involves winning all of the competitions. Argh.
Ryan tells Matt and Adam that putting Joshuah up would be good, but he’s also considering putting James on the block. I wondered why no one had mentioned that idea before. Once again, welcome to the game, Ryan. Adam and Matt think it’s a great idea too, and Matt says that he’s totally going to put James up when he wins HoH. They decide to call this one Operation Bummer because James bums smokes off of them. I thought Ryan was doing that too? Then it’s suggested to call it Operation Tighties because of his underwear. Good grief. They make a deal to stick together until final three.
Sheila is with Natalie, and they’re studying Natalie’s napkin covered in things she’s counted and the clues she thinks she’s uncovered about the house. Natalie tells Sheila that she thinks James, Chelsia, Joshuah, and Sharon are all in an alliance together. My god, is she just figuring this out now? After going to talk to them all last week?
Matt goes to Natalie and apologizes to her for being an asshole. He must really be trying to win her back to his side now, because he asks her if she’ll paint his portrait on a paper towel in nail polish. Boy knows how to kiss up to Natalie, I’ll give him that much.
Adam goes to Joshuah and says that he has no idea who Ryan is going to nominate in Chelsia’s place. Josh says he’s not worried and won’t be campaigning to Ryan. Adam leaves and Sheila then goes to Joshuah and tells him that the plan hasn’t changed, and Matt is still going up. I don’t know why they feel they have to do this – the more they go and feed Joshuah lies, the sooner he’s going to get suspicious.
Matt is eating some slop cookies that someone’s made, even though he’s not on slop this week. He says it doesn’t taste that bad, and it’s healthy. BB gives them alcohol, but they only get one beer each. Matt mentions that it’s surreal to him that there are idiots out there at home watching everything he does. Meh, I’ve been called worse.
Natalie decides to paint Ryan’s portrait, and Ryan tells her that he’s trying to decide whether to nominate Joshuah or James. I thought Ryan didn’t want to tell Natalie anything in case she spills the beans? I guess he thinks Matt is the only one she tells secrets to.
Ryan and James are in the kitchen, and Ryan says that he’s glad he got the cash in the PoV comp, but feels guilty for taking it from a single mom. James says that Sheila’s okay with it, so he shouldn’t worry. James also wants to know if anything’s going on with the nominations that he needs to know about, and Ryan tells him that nothing has changed.
Most of the hamsters are heading for bed now. Ryan goes to the HoH room and flips on the spy screen. Matt and Natalie are still sleeping in the same bed, but Matt has his back facing her as usual. Not much else to report on tonight, as everyone seems to have settled in to bed.
Who would you rather see go this week: James, Joshuah, or Matt?

Big Brother 9 Live Feeds, March 7th, Part One – Before the Veto Comp
Our happy hamster family is awoken this morning at 8am. Joshuah is up and gabbing right away. He tells Sheila that the plan is to have everyone get together when Matt is called to the DR, and present Ryan with their idea to backdoor Matty this week, offering him two weeks’ safety in return. Sheila is down with it, but doesn’t think it’ll work. Josh says that the whole house will vote for Matt, so Ryan has nothing to lose.
James is having trouble with his nicotine patch – it’s keeping him awake. He complains that he was tossing and turning all night. I think that’s pretty common with the patch. That and weird dreams or nightmares. Anyway, James set himself up on the floor with blankets and pillows so that he wouldn’t keep Chelsia awake, and BB told him that he couldn’t sleep on the floor. Josh is laughing because he heard James arguing with “the speaker.”
Sheila attempts to make slop for those who are on it this week, but says that Amanda always made it before. She misses Amanda and her “Bueno!” in the house. Someone mentions that BB told them that they have 30 minutes until the magic ping pong balls (tm Evel Dick) are pulled for the veto comp.
Bored hamsters are wandering around the house now, some eating, some reading bibles, and some complaining about how long they’ve been in the house. Joshuah mentions that it’s his mom’s birthday today. Happy birthday, Josh’s mom! Sheila’s still talking about missing people in the house – this time it’s Alex. Does she know something’s up?
Time for fireplace viewing now, and when we return it’s pretty clear that Sheila is playing the veto comp. Looks like Adam is as well. There should be one more though. Matt tells Chelsia that there’s a plan going on to backdoor one of them this week.
Sheila goes to talk to Natalie, telling her that Matt is playing everyone in the house, and she has to see that. Natalie says she knows, and that she can control him because he often looks at her like he really likes her. Oh brother. That tin foil hat must have sizzled her brain.
Joshuah is our other PoV contestant this week. I know most of you hate the guy, but I rather enjoy him most of the time. Although I realize that living with him would be a completely different story.
James goes to Matt and tells him that he’s a target this week and to watch his back. He says that all of the girls want him out because he treats them badly, and he needs to clean up his act. Problem is that I’m pretty sure it’s not an act. That’s the real Matty.
Josh goes to Ryan with the plan to backdoor Matt. So much for waiting! Ryan seems to be entertaining the idea, especially the “two weeks of safety” part. He tells Joshuah that they should wait and see what happens with the veto, and then discuss it again later. But he would need confirmation from everyone else that they’re on board with the plan as well. Josh admits that Adam doesn’t know about it yet, but they’ll tell him at the last minute.
Ryan tells Joshuah that he had already got wind of this plan, through none other than Matt himself. He explains that Natalie leaked it to him, and Matt came upstairs last night saying that he couldn’t believe Ryan would do this to him. Joshuah is really surprised, and says that if she’s smart she’ll still vote against Matt. If not, then she’s the target next week, and they’ll tell her as much. They both agree not to involve her in any future conversations about the plan.
Josh goes downstairs and tells Sharon, Sheila, and Chelsia that Natalie leaked the plan to Matt. They’re not surprised at all, but still angry about it. They are surprised, however, that Ryan is receptive to the idea.
Matt goes upstairs to talk to Ryan. He’s saying that they have to get James and Chelsia on their side, since they definitely have Natalie already. Ryan doesn’t trust James or Chelsia at all. They’re spinning numbers, trying to figure out how to keep everyone safe. If Ryan is HoH and he controls the nominations, and he’s actually on Matt’s side, then why is number-spinning necessary? Matt doesn’t seem to understand this.
Joshuah goes to Natalie and tells her that Matt knows about the plan. She swears that she’s a “good girl” and didn’t tell him. Ugh. Josh goes to tell James what’s going on, both with Natalie spilling the beans and Ryan considering the plan. James seems thrilled. Natalie joins them, and again says that she would never go back on her word. She tells them that Matt knows that she’s finished with him.
Back upstairs, Matt is talking fast, trying to convince Ryan to backdoor Joshuah this week. More vote-counting. Then he says something about all the girls in the house trying to seduce him to get him on their side and I almost spit coffee all over the floor. At least I’m smart enough to turn my head so as not to douse the keyboard or monitor.
Sheila comes up and tells Matt and Ryan that everyone’s talking about Matt acting funny this morning. Then she asks Ryan what he wants her to do with the veto if she wins it. First, I don’t think anyone’s concerned about Sheila winning the PoV, and second, what the eff? Why is she making this scene right in front of Matt? Gah. These people have no game. No. Game.
Sheila tells the guys that she’ll take prizes in the competition if they’re offered, instead of trying to win the veto. They urge her to go for it. Hee. Matt tells her that he and Natalie made up last night, and Sheila’s happy to hear that. She says a bunch of nice things about Natalie and how she didn’t deserve to be treated badly.
Joshuah asks James and Chelsia if they’re solid with the plan. They agree they are, and they want to make sure that everyone goes up to talk with Ryan one on one to confirm that the votes are there, and that his two-week safety net is in place.
Adam tells Joshuah that he’s getting an odd vibe from the rest of the house because no one’s telling him anything. Josh assures him that everyone is just tense because of the veto competition.
Sheila. Chelsia, James, and Joshuah all manage to get up to the HoH room and talk to Ryan without Matt around. They confirm that Ryan will be safe for two weeks if he backdoors Matt this week, and Ryan is sounding more and more positive about the deal. Meanwhile, Natalie is downstairs reading her bible. Matt comes in and she completely ignores him. Yay Natalie!
Back upstairs, Chelsia tells Ryan that Matt told Sharon he had her back this week. Ryan is upset about this, and says that Matt is playing everyone in the house. Welcome to the game, Ryan. His only concern is that people will think he’s getting a free pass in the house, but they all assure him that he’d be doing the house a favor. Joshuah says that Ryan will be a hero.
After a bit more milling about the house, it’s time for the veto competition, and we’re toasting our eyeballs over an open fire.

Big Brother 9 Live Feeds, March 6th, Part II, After the Nominations
Coming back from the nomination ceremony, it’s confirmed that Ryan followed through with the plan of nominating Sharon and Chelsia. Josh was so convinced that he was going up, that now that he’s not, he figures the plan must be to backdoor him. While everyone eats dinner, Sharon reads her Bible in her room alone. James comes in to join her, but just appears to be reading along.
Natalie tells Josh that she is not voting against Sharon, as she’s still upset about Chelsia personally attacking her the night she got upset about not getting a beer. Natalie figures Chelsia must be the target anyway, since everyone likes Sharon. How out of touch with this game is she? She relates it back to the Bible, figuring Sharon won’t be voted out because of karma. She says she knows Sheila and Matt want her out as well.
Sheila and Natalie take this information to Sharon, telling her they know she’s safe, and this was a smart move on Ryan’s part to get rid of Chelsia. They also say that if they win PoV, they won’t take anyone off the block, but they know Sharon will be safe. Sheila thinks Ryan was cowardly to put two girls on the block that are on slop. Josh is still worrying about the same thing, thinking he’s going to be backdoored, and thinking maybe he shouldn’t take anyone off the block if he wins it. James says he wouldn’t, but don’t tell Chelsia that. Umm no. We don’t need that rant!
James ends up on the bathroom couch with Chelsia, who just came from the DR, and she wants to know how she is supposed to know that people aren’t out to get her. He asks if she thinks he’s going to backstab her, then asks if she would do that to him. She’s very worried and asks if he would take her off if he won PoV, and he says no, as she has the votes, yet if she wants him to, he will. After what he just said before, he goes and tells her anyway. She doesn’t want him to screw himself over, though, and says she’ll be very bitter if this is a way to get her out.
Chelsia figures Josh promised to vote whichever way Ryan wanted if he didn’t go up, which could be why no one ever mentioned his name. James says either way, Chelsia has one vote, but she doesn’t want him to do that if he’s the only one. He also admits the “Bro-Shit” already started, with the 4 Horses’Asses Alliance, and like clockwork, Adam walks in and tells Chelsia he doesn’t know how he’s voting, and it sucks to not know, doesn’t it? That is a huge burn, and again I have to ask why James wanted this so badly.
Natalie is disclosing a lot more information about her background. She claims before she started stripping, only one guy had seen her naked, and she did it to go to college. Would that be getting naked the one time to go to college or stripping as a whole? Her teen years when her mom “got it,” presumably the schizophrenia, were tough, as her parents were together and apart a few different times, and her mother would just up and move sometimes.
Josh joins James and Chelsia, and wonders if Sheila is the ultimate pawn, then is asked who he’d vote for if it stayed the same. He says Sharon was his partner, then thinks the votes could come down to 3 and 3 and seems to thinks there’s a chance they’re both staying. James is honest with Josh, telling him Ryan wants Sharon out. Adam walks through to take a crap, and for the second time today, Chelsia opens the door on him. Why, Chelsia? Why do you want to see that?
James thinks if Chelsia does get voted out, he might have to fix it so he leaves too, so that they can be in the sequester house and have sex. It gives them ideas, as they talk about different places in the BB house they could do it. The best idea is the lazy susan. They know if they did, they’d hear BB tell them to knock it off. The funny thing is, this season, it wouldn’t be a shock to anyone to see that!
Ryan talks to Chelsia and tells her if Josh has to, he’ll vote against Sharon, but after talking with him earlier, she’s obviously unconvinced of that. She worries, too, that Sharon will win PoV, and take herself off, but Ryan guarantees her that either way, she’s safe. After Matt enters the conversation, Chelsia wonders If Natalie is up on the block, could Chelsia even beat her, and Matt thinks she probably would. She mentions that Sharon has said she’s really wild outside the house, but that doesn’t seem to jive with what they know of her and Jacob.
Everyone except Sheila and Sharon then end up in the HoH room, and this should be a real clue to them how they stand. Everyone talks about what they’ll do with the money, and when Natalie mentions thinking she’ll be a famous actress of the show, Matt says she won’t, and she calls him a dickhole and leaves. Well, at least someone realizes what life is really like after this show and realizes who Matt really is. The others talk about her, with Adam calling her a sweetheart, and James admitting she gets under his skin. Poor Natalie.
Natalie tells Sheila and Josh that if she wins HoH next week, she’s putting Matt on the block, as he treats her like crap. But we all know she couldn’t do that to him. Josh suggests making an offer to Ryan to backdoor Matt in exchange for two weeks’ safety, but Natalie knows he’d never go for it as Matt and Ryan are buddies and too close.
It turns into a Matt bashing thing, which obviously is a good thing, and Josh tells them the reason Matt voted for Allison and Ryan is so that Josh wouldn’t get the satisfaction of breaking the tie and ousting Allison himself. They realize Matt promised each of the girls safety, and now two of the girls are on the block.
Many are outside practicing on an oversized pool table, as it seems the PoV challenge will have something to do with it. No one will give Natalie a turn, and she goes back inside and complains. Sheila then starts opening with the stuff Matt says about her. She explains that Matt complains after Natalie following him around, and thinks the girls should stick together. If they were smart, they would, and quit trying to get each other evicted.
They need to stay strong as a whole against the guys. Sheila thinks one of the girls should sexually manipulate Matt, and Natalie says she’s tried! Oh Lord, how she’s tried! If they only knew that Sharon already was. Natalie has had enough! She’s going to tell Matt he can go sleep in the cursed bed. She’s tired of being disrespected! Then again, she still thinks prayer is the key to winning this thing.
Outside, Sharon, on the block and needing the win, wants to practice, but the guys won’t let her in. Sheila gets a chance, but Sharon still doesn’t. Josh speaks up and says he really thinks, to be fair, that the noms should get a chance to practice, and finally the girls get their chance.
While James is talking to Adam about the possibility of backdooring Matt (dumb move … Adam is a lapdog in that alliance and will spill the beans), Matt is asking Ryan who they should put up next week “when” not “if” he wins HoH. Despite everything that Natalie said earlier, she takes everything she heard bad tonight about Matt and the other guys, and goes straight to Matt and Ryan with it. They wonder who it will be that actually comes to Ryan with the two week deal to put up Matt.
Much later, after several have gone to bed, Josh makes the offer to Ryan to put up Matt. He tells him how none of the girls are after him, as they all think he is sweet and treats them with respect. Ryan admits that he has a hard time trusting James, and Josh wonders who the ultimate pawn is. Ryan tells him it’s Sheila, as she’s so indispensable and can be used like that at any time. Josh takes the info about Sheila back to James and Chelsia, but of course James already knew that. They mention getting the whole house to talk to Ryan about putting up Matt when he’s in the DR next time.
They’re the last HGs to hit the hay. It had seemed as if the PoV might happen tonight, but now it seems it will be sometime tomorrow. They’ll probably wake them up early again, since the majority of them were in bed by 2.

Big Brother 9 Live Feeds, March 6th, Part I, Kicking the Habit
Big Brother is waking the houseguests up early again this morning, around 8 AM. They must be thinking if they’re going to go to bed so damn early every night, they need to be up early to give them some material for the feeds and live show. We can only watch snoring and sleep farts so long.
Being that it’s food comp day, Natalie wants to say a prayer that she doesn’t end up on slop, and Josh debates over whether he should shower or not. Regardless, he wants the towels washed today. Sheila’s happy after a good night’s sleep, but is saying it was f’ed up that James and Chelsia wouldn’t tell anyone who they were voting for. Honestly, do they get they’re playing a game and competing? Since when has it been immoral to not tell people who you’re voting for? Oy. Sheila’s also on strike from doing dishes, and compares it to when Parker was on strike from the DR. Just so you know, Sheila, your strike makes much more sense, and I’m with you on that.
Apparently the crew can be helpful. James left his clothes out by the washer before the lockdown, and someone washed them for him during the night. If they have no All Night Dick to keep them entertained, the crew has to do something! Chelsia notes they “broke up” yesterday, and James jokes that the badass from Iowa is coming out. He thinks he’ll go on the block, but if he does, it will be “Bueno!” I haven’t missed that word at all.
Everyone’s figuring the food comp will be two teams of four, and Josh is planning to not be on Sheila’s team, but Chelsia thinks BB will pick the teams, and it will be out of his control.
The food comp happens pretty early, and we get feeds leaked from it, to keep us from guessing, which is nice. It has the HGs sliding into a kiddy pool, and getting letters to spell words that they then write on a blackboard. Sharon, Josh, Sheila, and Chelsia are on one team, and Matt, Adam, James, and Natalie are on the other. Different foods are spelled out on the blackboard. Spelled out are get sushi, meat, beef, yogurt, beer, turkey, sauce, milk, soda, chicken, rice, nuts, and beans. If they get to keep all these foods for the week, that’s not bad, but they need some fiber! Instead, it turns out the team with the most words wins, and that’s of course Matt’s team. The other team is on slop for the week.
After, they all shower, and many jump in together. A few girls are in one shower, and Natalie apologizes, but says she wants to get naked, I suppose to get really clean. Josh then jumps in naked, and she asks him to get his penis away from her, but he pleads it’s small and shriveled. Shrinkage! He gets out and towels off in full view of the cameras. On earlier seasons, the sight of someone without a towel would be cause for lots of screen caps and chatter, but no one really seems to care anymore. It’s old hat this season.
Ryan tells his boys, Matt, Adam, and James, that they’re safe this week. James and Ryan decide to go downstairs and start on nicotine patches. We know why James wants to quit smoking, but I can’t figure out why Ryan wants to if he still has cigarettes. Before they get a chance to leave, Chelsia comes in complaining that the reason they lost the food comp was because of Sheila. They also talk about Natalie having a hard time spelling during the comp, and mention her thinking there are 27 letters in the alphabet … X, Y, and Z. O … M … G!
Mentioning that it might be a bad week for Sheila, Ryan then tells Chelsia that he’s not going to get rid of the prettiest girl in the house just yet. Again, Jen would be steamed to be watching this. Thank God she’s in sequester right now. He and Matt, now alone, discuss putting Sheila and Sharon up together, and Ryan then mentions they should try and figure out who would screw him over next week, causing Matt to suggest Josh and Sharon. Ryan figures on putting up Sheila and Sharon, and if one comes off, then putting up Josh. They can see Chelsia playing both sides, and they think Natalie is a good one to keep in the pocket.
James comes back in and figures out who they’re talking about putting up, getting a little defensive about Sharon, saying if she wins PoV and stays, that’s not an enemy you want. Matt keeps suggesting Josh and Sharon together, and explains their the closest still of the couples. Matt mentions to James about wanting to put the moves on Chelsia and gets official permission from him, as he knows it’ll get to Natalie. Somehow Matt doesn’t mention his original reason for doing this was to get to James.
Oddly enough, it’s James that suggests putting Chelsia and Sharon up, the two strongest girls. Matt complains, saying he doesn’t want Chelsia to go home, and Ryan refuses to do it. Matt, still gunning for at least half the Josh/Sharon duo, says if you really want Sharon out, put her up against Chelsia. Ryan says if any of this leaves the HoH, the person that spread it is getting backdoored. James will just have to smooth it over with Chelsia. I just don’t get why James is pushing so hard to have Chelsia on the block.
Sheila goes to Sharon to tell her she thinks it’s Josh going up, not Sharon. Allison had told Ryan that Josh, Sharon, James, and Chelsia are in an alliance, so she thinks it will be Josh and someone from the other side. Sharon explains Ryan has already told Josh he was safe. Sheila pushes, saying if Chelsia went up against Josh, everyone would vote for him.
Ryan goes to talk to Chelsia to explain her going up as a pawn, and she wonders who goes up as pawn if she wins PoV. He promises her no matter what, she is not going home. He explains if he thought she had a chance of being voted out, he wouldn’t do this, and anyone that does vote for her will be targeted. She’s worried about Matt and Natalie voting against her, and Ryan promises her that won’t happen. He explains Sheila is so weak, so they have to get Sharon out, as she’s strong. Having been the HoH and flip flopped on her original decision on her pawn, Chelsia should be very worried! Chelsia runs to tell Josh, and he promises to keep her safe. She declines to tell him she’s going up against Sharon.
James and Ryan get their nicotine patches from the SR. Josh pulls Ryan aside and tells him he’ll do whatever he wants him to do, and be his bitch, if he doesn’t go up this week. Ryan promises to not backdoor him, and lays down on the cursed bed. He doesn’t think anything bad will happen to him since he’s HoH. Maybe if he lays on it Allison will be voted back in this week. Don’t lay on it, Ryan!
Chelsia goes into the SR alone and hides the coffee on Sheila, knowing it’ll make her crazy. Going without my caffeine via my Diet Coke for the past couple weeks, I understand that! James hugs Chelsia asking if she trusts him on why she’s going up. She tells him she only trusts him.
Later, Chelsia and the guys are gathered in the LR, and the guys suggest she pass some sort of initiation to their club, like banging all of them. Adam excuses himself to go to the bathroom, everyone wonders if he’s in there jacking off, so Chelsia goes in to spy on him. She opens the unlocked door, but he’s only going pee. I can’t decide if at that point I’d rather be glad I saw that instead of the other or upset.
Matt and Sheila are outside chatting in the hammock. Natalie comes out to join them, and even though Matt tells her no, she does it anyway.Sheila wants to know if she’s going up, and Matt assures them it’s neither one of the them, but says he doesn’t know who it is. And if they believe that … He goes on to say their names were mentioned, but he refused to allow it. Getting deep in here. We need Amanda’s high heels. Sheila and Natalie mention wanting Chelsia gone, and that’s where it gets scary having Chelsia up as a pawn, with two people there that want her out bad.
Matt leaves them and goes over to talk to Chelsia, making them a little nervous. Sheila wonders if Matt is playing everyone. Duh. Natalie assures her he isn’t, as Matt hates Chelsia. Oh brother. And there’s 27 letters in the alphabet, with #26 being AND, right? Matt, meanwhile, is telling Chelsia that the other two were trying to get the noms out of him, and he was like “Shut the eff up!” as he wishes it was them. Argh.
Smoking continues to be a big topic as the three guys are still trying to quit, and Sheila mentions to Natalie she has smoked cigars, but she never inhaled. She must have been doing it with Bill Clinton then. Matt tells Chelsia and Adam he smoked weed a lot, but just quit cold turkey one day. As their discussion moves to how people got into the house, Chelsia suggests they all got in because they ere sexually charged, and she definitely hit it with that one! I just can’t figure out why they thought we wanted to see that.
Josh mentions feeling like he’s being haunted by Allison, thinking he’s seeing her everywhere. Ironically, he also says he wants American to vote for something now. Well, don’t give us ideas. I really don’t want her back, but right now her coming in like it was a haunting would be pretty funny.
Matt goes upstairs to talk to Ryan, and tells him he’s worried Sharon will win PoV over Chelsia, and thinking maybe it should be Josh and Chelsia up. Ryan refuses. Matt has to agree it’s a great move, and Ryan plans to say something at the nomination ceremony about wanting an epic battle intake first week of individual competition. If Chelsia wins PoV, he doesn’t want her to take herself off the block, as he really wants Sharon out, but he knows she will.
After this, we get an outside lockdown, followed by flames, so we know it’s time for the nomination ceremony. I’m just very nervous with Chelsia going up. It never works well to be a pawn. Ask Dustin.
