Big Brother Live Feeds, March 8th, Part Two – More of the Same
Matt, Adam, and Ryan are now talking outside, while Natalie goes into the kitchen to make dinner for them. The boys are trying to think up a name for their alliance. Thank you boys! That’ll be much easier than typing out Matt, Ryan, Adam, Natalie, and Sheila every time. They come up with “The Bro Squad” and “Bros and Hos.” They plan to ditch the “hos” at final five and have an all-male final three.
Natalie is cooking up a big pot of wieners and beans (I know, y’all call ‘em franks and beans, but I’m Canadian and that’s what my mom called them) and pointing out spots in the kitchen that are still coated in slop. Chelsia and Joshuah are trying to clean up. Josh is having tummy troubles, so I’m sure we’ll be hearing him complaining about that for a while.
Joshuah talks to Sheila, and mentions that Chelsia noticed the three boys and Natalie spending all of their time together today. He wonders if Ryan has changed his mind about putting Matt on the block. Sheila says that worries her, because if it’s not Ryan it’ll be her or Joshuah. Sheila takes this opportunity to bash Chelsia for a while, and even Josh agrees that she needs to reign herself in a little bit.
Hee – Ryan is rigging the spray nozzle in the kitchen so it’ll go off when someone turns the water on. I’ve been waiting for that. Ah, the memories. Sheila gets the surprise spray, and chases after Ryan. Good times.
Joshuah and Sharon are now talking about Chelsia, and it seems that they don’t actually trust her. Interesting. They think she’s trying to play them by making them paranoid about the deal with Ryan.
The Bros and Hos minus Sheila are playing pool. Natalie asks how many people watch the live feeds, and someone says it must be millions. Should we laugh or cry?
James and Chelsia are having a quiet talk, and Chelsia says that her plan was to come into the house and lie and scheme and do anything to win. James wants to know if she’s actually doing that, and wonders if she really trusts him. She says she does. He thinks that nice people who only manipulate others a little bit can still win the game. They rag on Natalie and Matt for a while, and then giggle as they decide to say, “America’s playa got played” in his goodbye messages.
Matt, Ryan, and Natalie all go up to the HoH room where they rip on James and Chelsia. Joshuah goes to Chelsia and James to point out that the three of them are up there, and says that he’s getting really paranoid now because of what Chelsia said earlier. James wonders if the others are so naïve that they can’t see the four of them have an alliance, and Joshuah counters that maybe the four of them are too naïve to see that there’s another, larger alliance going on.
Upstairs, Ryan is telling Mattalie that Allison said she went down on Chelsia to try and get her vote. Apparently Allison told Ryan that Chelsia smells funny “down there.” Way too much information.
Downstairs, James, Chelsia, and Joshuah are still talking about Matt and Ryan and alliances. They decide that they’ll keep Sheila around for a while, because they think she’s with them, and that they’ll play with Ryan and keep him on board for the two weeks for his vote, and then turn on him as soon as his safety net is finished.
Joshuah’s getting worked up, talking about pulling Natalie down the stairs by her earrings and “doing something horrible” to Matt. He says he’s freaking out because he’s so hungry. He hasn’t been eating much slop, preferring instead to just eat barbecue sauce.
Adam comes outside and the group starts drilling him on what he knows about the PoV ceremony. Adam claims that he doesn’t know a thing because no one is talking game to him this week. He wants to know where everyone else is, and they tell him Matt’s upstairs with Ryan, and Adam says that he’s going up to investigate. This causes more concern for James, but Joshuah feels better knowing that the other group hasn’t shared anything with Adam.
Adam goes upstairs and it turns into a big “they’re going to be so surprised” conversation. They’re trying to get Adam to go downstairs and tell James and his crew that Matt is begging Ryan not to put him on the block.
Downstairs, Chelsia has left and James and Joshuah are talking about being annoyed with her and how she’s not playing a very good game. James is worried she’s going to stab him in the back. Joshuah says that Chelsia’s plan is to make Ryan swear on Jen’s life that Matt is going up, and if he won’t do it then she won’t use the veto and Sharon goes home. They both feel that would be a dumb move.
Both groups split up, and James asks Adam for a smoke. They go outside, and James tells Adam that he has a feeling Matt may be leaving this week. Adam says that’s fine, and that it will either be Matt or Joshuah on the block as far as he can tell. James says that Josh has the votes to stay though, so Ryan probably wouldn’t put him up. Adam agrees with this. I’m not surprised that Adam is good at playing dumb.
Sharon, Joshuah, and Sheila are all getting ready for bed now. Josh and James decide to try and find Natalie’s cheat sheet, and go through all of her stuff in their search. They’re laughing, and Sharon is trying to help them find spots to look through in their search. Adam comes in, and everyone jumps into bed like they weren’t doing anything. James asks him where Natalie keeps her little napkin, and Adam tells him that BB made her throw it away. They’re all really surprised.
There are little groups everywhere having whispered conversations, but nothing earth-shattering is going down. Josh goes to wake Sheila up because he’s paranoid and can’t sleep. Sheila tells him to quit worrying because he’s making her anxious too.
Chelsia heads up to the HoH room, but isn’t able to get in. She stands there listening at the door for a bit. She goes back downstairs and Joshuah tells her that Ryan is in the shower, he can hear the water running. The water stops, and Chelsia goes back up. She asks Ryan if he’s told Adam anything yet, and he says no. She offers that she and James can tell him what’s going on, and Ryan says that’s fine. Chelsia says that Ryan is in a really good position now, being able to take out a power player and then have safety. She says that Natalie will probably want to go next so she can have a week alone in sequester with Matt.
Chelsia says that if Ryan backs out of this deal, he’ll have the entire house after him next week. Ryan says that he definitely doesn’t want that, and won’t make a play that will put him in jeopardy. Chelsia seems satisfied with this, and leaves the HoH room.
She goes downstairs and reports the conversation to James and Joshuah. She adds that Ryan was nervous about putting Matt on the block, but she got a good vibe from him. They all seem relieved, and Joshuah is finally relaxed enough that he can go to bed.
All of the hamsters are in bed now, actually, but James and Chelsia are kissing and cuddling and whispering. Joshuah is restless too, and the three of them end up getting up again and going outside. Josh is saying that Sharon is starting to bug him, calling him “babe” and following him around.
Now it’s time to trash Natalie some more, and then Matt. Joshuah wants to tell Matt that they’re sending Natalie to sequester next week so he can spend all of his time with her for a whole week. James wants to know if everyone would be mad at him if he backdoors Ryan next week. Chelsia doesn’t think it would be a good move, but Josh doesn’t seem to care much.
Joshuah says that he’s so glad they came up with this deal with Ryan, because otherwise one of them would probably be backdoored this week. I think Joshuah is going to flip out even more than James tomorrow.
These three finally go back inside and to bed. More kissing and stuff is going on in James and Chelsia’s bed, but eventually even they fall asleep. It’s four feeds of quiet now, which is going to be a stark contrast to what we’ll see after the veto ceremony on Saturday, I’m sure.

Big Brother 9 Live Feeds, March 8th, Part One – Chelsia Gets a Clue
Joshuah’s up before the wakeup call this morning, and he’s walking around talking to himself, plotting the next week. “Get Matt out this week, win HoH, put Natalie and Adam up, then Sharon wins HoH …” See, this is why Joshuah isn’t going to win the game. All of his plans hinge on winning comps.
Eventually James joins Josh outside, and they’re discussing the game and how great it will be to see Matt on the block. Joshuah says that he hopes Natalie wins the next HoH and puts Ryan on the block, because she’s not making him the two-week promise. They’re gloating about having the majority vote from now on. Which does them no good whatsoever if someone from the other “side” wins HoH/PoV. You always need a Plan B, boys.
Sharon comes out and she’s worried about all of the drama that Matt is going to stir up starting tomorrow. Heh. She has no idea. Natalie and Sheila are predicting the same thing – drama – but from an entirely different group of people. Sheila says that Joshuah could have saved Sharon in the veto comp, but instead chose to take the letter from home. She thinks this means something. Sheila’s been told that she has to wear the unitard 24/7, and that she can rig a swimsuit out of it like Jen did last season if she wants to. I’m not sure I want to see that again.
Sheila, Adam, Ryan, and Matt are pretty excited about the upcoming veto ceremony. Ryan tells Sheila that he’s decided to go after James instead of Josh, and she thinks that’s a good idea because James is such an aggressive player. Matt is giddy that the others still think he’s being backdoored this week.
The boys go outside, and Sheila stays in the kitchen to fix some slop. Natalie comes along and Sheila tells her that James is the one being targeted, no Joshuah. Sheila thinks that she can persuade Sharon to join them, and that will leave Chelsia with only Josh as an ally. Why would you want to court more people into a giant alliance that will already make up most of the house?
Natalie plans to tell Matt that he has to spend a lot of time with her today and make it look like they’re going to really miss each other and pretend that they’re broken-hearted that he’s leaving this week. Yeah, ’cause the others would never guess something’s up if Matt all of a sudden decided to spend all of his free time with Natalie. Good lord.
Matt talks to Adam about living in Florida. It seems as if he might be considering moving there instead of LA when BB is over. Might be a smart move Matty – I don’t think the old acting career is gonna pan out for you. Just sayin’. Adam tells him that getting a job as a bartender in a strip club is the way to go. He has a friend who does this and makes $400 a night.
Sheila and Natalie have a chat about fake boobs. She admits that she has them too, and got them years ago because she couldn’t even fill out a halter top. Natalie wants to move to LA when the show is over, and asks Sheila to hook her up with an agent. Bah.
Joshuah goes to Ryan and tells him that the others are nervous because he’s spending so much time with Matt, but then says that he understands because Ryan can’t act differently towards him or he’ll know something’s up. Ryan assures Josh that everything is fine and the plan is still a go. Sneaky.
Natalie goes up to finish Ryan’s nail polish portrait. She’s chattering away about how James is a dirty player and that he’s been completely ignoring her since Chelsia won the veto and they don’t need votes anymore. They both agree that the Chelsia/James/Sharon/Joshuah alliance is too strong and needs to be broken up. Ryan tells Nat that she’s near the top of their hit list, so getting one of them out is the best thing for all of them. Natalie is sure she’s going to win HoH next week. Sigh.
Joshuah is in the kitchen trying to make a house out of slop. Boredom breeds some interesting entertainment, no?
Sheila joins Natalie and Ryan, and there’s a lot of “they don’t know what’s about to hit them” talk. Both girls assure Ryan that, if Chelsia or Joshuah go after him next week, they’ll have his back. They all agree that Joshuah has to be the next to go. Sheila goes on a rant about how he has no respect for women, because of what he did to Amanda and Allison.
Joshuah is still working on his slop house, and suddenly there’s a slop fight in the kitchen. Josh, James, and Chelsia are tossing it at each other. Looks pretty gross, and I’m waiting for the smackdown from BB. They stop on their own, and all head for showers. Complete nudity from James and Chelsia, if anyone is keeping score at home.
James sets about cleaning up the slop mess, and ends up damaging the finish on the stainless steel refrigerator by using steel wool to scrub it with. Dumbass. Someone jokes, “There goes your stipend.” Heh.
Chelsia is running through scenarios in the game, and says, “What if Ryan puts one of you up?” to James and Joshuah. Both guys look scared and wonder if Chelsia knows something. She says no, she’s just playing devil’s advocate. She thinks it would be a great strategic move from Ryan if he did that, and James warns her to never speak of it again in case someone hears her. She laughs because she thinks she’s scared them.
The laughing stops quickly though when Chelsia mentions that Ryan has been spending the entire day with Matt, Adam, and Natalie. James says that if he ends up going on the block, she better be prepared to say goodbye.
Ryan is telling Matt that he considered the offer Joshuah made him, and even agreed to it and was serious about it. Then he went and actually talked to people and realized that he didn’t really want to get rid of Matt this week. He says that Josh made it sound like the entire house hated Matt and that if he didn’t put him up, it would make him a huge target. Matt is proud of himself for not reacting badly and calling everyone out because of the backdoor plan. Ryan says that he can do that tomorrow if he wants to.
Chelsia and James have a little spat over how to clean the rest of the kitchen. As it turns out, Chelsia is also upset that James and Joshuah didn’t take her very seriously when she suggested that it might not be Matt going up tomorrow. James says that she just needs to relax and not worry about it – they all have Ryan’s word. He doesn’t plan on honoring the two-week deal, and says that he doesn’t mind putting Ryan up next week, because how can he be mad about being sent to a villa for a few weeks? Remember that, James.
Joshuah comes along to join the conversation. Chelsia says that she hates everyone in the house except for James and Joshuah. They both plan to talk to Ryan once more before bed tonight, so that they can be assured the plan is still in place to get Matt out of the house. Chelsia decides that she knows she has the votes to stay, so if Ryan doesn’t promise that Matt’s going up, she’s not going to use the veto. Yeah right.
Looks like it’s going to be an evening full of reassurances, scheming, and planning to win future competitions.
