Big Brother 9 Live Feeds, March 12th, After the Endurance Comp

The endurance competition is over, James has won, and Natalie is sitting in the middle of the structure puking into a bucket. If you missed what happened during the comp, here are the gory details, and here are a few screen shots.

James goes and immediately lights a cigarette, telling everyone that he plans to keep his word to Natalie and keep her and Matt safe this week, unlike the rest of the people in the house that turned on him. Here we go. James the Martyr is going to be on his high horse for a while, I’m guessing. Damn hamsters – should have taken the mystery box.

Natalie’s crying and apologizing for dropping. Sheila tells her she did great and her mom is going to be so proud of her. Chelsia, of course, is thrilled and hugging James. A Producer’s voice comes over the speakers and tells Natalie and James “good job,” and tells Natalie to get a glass of water. He thanks the other hamsters for staying outside and watching, and someone yells, “Thanks Mike.”

Matt does the decent thing and goes to hug Natalie and tells her she did a great job. Sure she did Matty, she protected you when most of us are pretty sure you wouldn’t have done the same thing for her. He promises her a massage later. Again. James tells Matt that hopefully, after this week, he’ll know that he can trust James and not screw him over again. They shake hands on this.

James and Chelsia go to one of the bedrooms so they can hug and kiss in private. James says that he was blindfolded and walked through the house behind the walls, and that there were huge rooms or something.

Natalie is concerned that her mom saw the pickle-juice incident on TV and stopped watching, so maybe she didn’t see how well Nat did in the comp. Joshuah assures her that there’s no way any of that made the show, and she doesn’t have to worry. Josh obviously didn’t see last season, but this time he’s actually right. They go to the living room together and Joshuah says that he’s sorry for taking things too far last week, and hopes things are cool between them. Natalie says they’re fine, but she’s really disappointed that she won’t be getting pictures from home this week.

Joshuah’s next target is Sharon, and they head off to the storage room. He seems to think he might be going up this week. Sharon doesn’t think so and quickly changes the subject, saying that she couldn’t take the chance that the mystery box contained Jacob. As if. She also didn’t want Parker back in the house. Amen sister.

James and Chelsia decide that Chelsia shouldn’t sleep in the HoH room with James, because they don’t want to give up their downstairs bed to Ryan. They want him to sleep in the “cursed” bed instead. Nice. Guess we know for sure who the target is this week, huh?

Natalie is really sore and goes to take a shower. When she comes out, James hugs her again and says that he’s going to go to the DR and ask if he can have her pictures instead of his this week so she can have them, since he’s already seen his. That’s sweet. He goes to the DR, but it’s temporarily closed. James tells them that he came back in through the storage room, and had to run into the living room and get in the box really quickly. The other hamsters were told to stay in one of the bedrooms for one minute during the commercial break, while James was hiding.

James, Chelsia, Joshuah, and Sharon think that Natalie’s deal-making is proof that she and Matt are actually a real couple. James tells Joshuah that he needs to make friends with Natalie and start to try and get to know other houseguests so that he doesn’t alienate himself so much.

Matt is saying that most of his friends and past girlfriends wouldn’t have done what Natalie did for him. He’s offering to give her a massage finally. He says that he didn’t realize how much she actually cared for him until this evening.

Sharon and Josh ask Matt who he thinks the three people who voted for the mystery box were. He says maybe Sheila, Adam, and Ryan, but he has no idea. Sharon says that James think Matt was one of them, and he says he doesn’t care what James thinks. Why does this even matter?

Sheila and Ryan are pissed off that James was voted back in. So am I. They’re upset because they got him out and now all of their work was for nothing. The power has shifted, and they’re pretty sure they’re both going up. Sheila says it makes her sick that Joshuah and Sharon are tight again after Josh spent the whole week throwing her under the bus. (I tried to go the whole season without using that phrase, but I give. It’s not possible.)

Adam, talking to himself, says that he should have voted for the mystery box. Well yeah, you should have. Too late now though.

Sheila is telling Ryan that she’s scared Joshuah will come after her now, since he’s made friends with Natalie all of a sudden. She plans to stand up for herself though and point out that he only attacks women and he’s a coward. Ryan points out that Adam is floating over to James’ side now, and Sheila agrees. They noticed that he was out of the comp really quickly, and didn’t seem worried at all. Sheila’s getting a little worked up, and says that everyone in the house can kiss her “red unitard ass.” Hee.

James gets his HoH key, and apologizes to Natalie for not being able to get pictures for her. He gets a letter from his mom, that says people all over the country are rooting for him. Oh that’s just great. Now his head is going to get even bigger, and we’ll be hearing about his newfound moral code all week. Everyone but Sheila and Ryan are up there with James, and he tells them all that the nominees are going to be … Sheila and Ryan. Go figure. I guess Adam’s the replacement if one of them wins PoV.

The hamsters have had a long day, and now it’s time to start getting ready for bed. Ryan decides to sleep in a sleeping bag on the floor near Adam and Matt, and he’s upset that last night he was comfy in the HoH room and now he’s avoiding the cursed bed by bunking on the floor. I thought BB didn’t let them sleep on the floor? He says he knows he’s going up, or maybe he’s being backdoored. Either way, he’s not happy about the recent turn of events.

James, Joshuah, and Chelsia are still up an in the kitchen. They’re talking about how Sheila is trying to work everyone in the house, but they still want to keep her around so they can use her as a pawn every week and torture her, much like Kail last season. Look people, if we wanted a repeat, we’d just re-watch season 8. Give us something new.

Joshuah says that he went over to Sheila and told her that if she ever tries to turn his partner against him again, he’ll come after her and her son. I’m so over this guy. Maybe BB can make up for this latest sham of a twist by allowing America to just evict a random hamster.

James and Chelsia head upstairs and make out. Feeds switch when it looks like they’re actually getting down to business, and a little while later Chelsia is called to the DR. She goes in and we get the whole session on audio. She’s asked a bunch of questions with predictable answers – happy James came back, saw his pink hair in the box and started to cry, disgusted that Natalie stayed on the disco ball so long just to protect the boys, yadda yadda. She’s asked if it will be war in the house now, and she says the shit is about to hit the fan. Then she’s asked to say that again, but without the word “shit.” The DR guy reminds her that there are condoms downstairs just before she leaves. Heh!

Chelsia goes back upstairs to tell James about the condom comment. James is waxing emotional about being evicted and coming right back to win HoH. Chelsia tells him he’s a BB legend now. Oh, let’s not jump to delusions here people. They bitch about Sheila, and Chelsia says that there’s no way she’s being portrayed well on the show. James plans to call her out and make her cry during the nomination ceremony. Blah blah blah.

After a bit more back-patting, Chelsia finally goes downstairs and gets into bed. All is quiet in the house – for now.
