The Bachelor - Titillating Us Right Through to the End

I think I need to give up on my reality TV prognosticating, or at least with The Bachelor and Bachelorette. The past few seasons, I just don’t know what’s going on by this point. I always think the Bachelor or Bachelorette is falling head over heels for one person, and then they don’t choose them in the end. All the pomp and circumstance surrounding the finale of this season is only making all that worse. If they’re trying to drum up record numbers for their finale, they’re succeeding.
Last night, when Jason was with Jillian, he had a sparkle in his eyes that wasn’t there with the other two. Then we watched them get all hot and heavy in the hot tub. Maybe that’s what the sparkle was from, as maybe he was looking forward to having “adult time” with someone after way too much one-on-one time with a 4-year-old. Aside from that, she seemed to know something the others didn’t. At last weeks’ rose ceremony, she seemed like the cat that ate the canary. At last night’s, though, she seemed a little nervous for the first time.
With Jason’s date with Molly, I wondered how could they experience something so thrilling as that bungee jump together, for her to then be pushed aside a few days later like that experience together was nothing. Yet, I thought for sure that was a possibility last night. She seemed nervous, but she does every rose ceremony. She has never seemed confident that she’d be staying. Even when Stephanie left, Molly kept saying it’s me, it’s me. She was sure she was going.
