What’s Hot On TV Tonight – Another Big Brother Cliffhanger

They did it to us again For the second week in a row, Big Brother left us hanging over who the new HoH is going to be. No matter who it is, it’s going to be an interesting week. With Russell gone we only have strong comp players in Jeff, Michele, and Kevin. Who wins the HoH, though, won’t be nearly as important as who wins the power of veto.
1. NFL: Exhibition: Bills at Steelers. Preseason game between Buffalo and Pittsburgh. 12:00 PM CT NFL

What’s Hot On TV Tonight – R.I.P. Teddy Kennedy
Today you’ll get the chance to watch the last of the Kennedy brothers’ funeral. Senator Kennedy will be laid to rest. MSNBC is having an all day nine-hour affair from funeral to burial, if you really want to absorb every moment of the process. If you want just a little of the mass, tune in to CBS in the morning, and if you’re into watching burials, tune in to CNN this afternoon. Andthen wake yourself up by watching the 2th Anniversary of Wrestlemania. It’s the wonders of television, going from funeral mass to wrestling.

What’s Hot On TV Tonight – Teen Heroism

It seems the best we have on network TV (read all we have in terms of new programming) are newsmagazine shows. Both Dateline NBC and 20/20 seem to have good ones. 20/20 features a story on teen heroism, a boy that sacrificed his own life jumping 65 feet from a cliff into chopping water to save a girl, and Dateline features updates on a plot that included an investment scam and a faked death, along with the disappearance of a groom on his honeymoon cruise.

3. The Princess Diaries. What girl doesn’t dream of waking up and finding out she’s a princess? A young Anne Hathaway and not so young Julie Andrews star. 10:45 AM CT Starz East

What’s Hot On TV Tonight – Lions, Big Brother, and Tyson … Oh My!
I think you’d have to be made of stone not to find that video of Dave Salmoni and the baby lion below incredible cute. It’s like a big kitten! Unfortunately, it’s thoughts like that that make people want them for unusual pets. Watch more tonight on Into the Pride. If you DVR the two, you can watch Big Brother after that and find out if the house has the guts to take out the biggest competitor, Russell, and later Mike Tyson guests on the Tonight Show.

What’s Hot On TV Tonight – Crash Course

How do you feel about your driving abilities? Everyone that knows me, knows that it’s not one of my better skills. I try, but my mind is always on more important things like what’s on TV tonight. Tonight is a new reality show, Crash Course, where teams compete in driving course challenges.
1. Enchanted. Disney did it up well in this one as they parody themselves and their fairy tale/princess movies. It stars Amy Adams, Patrick Dempsey, James Marsden, and Susan Sarandon. 1:35 PM CT Starz Comedy
2. Goodfellas. It’s my most favorite mob movie ever, and the soundtrack is among the best as well. Ray Liotta, Joe Pesci, and Robert DeNiro are fantastic actors on their own, and together they just make you sit back and say wow. It’s like they took the life of a typical “real” mobster, cut it open, examined it, and showed it for what it was. Brilliant. 4:00 PM CT AMC
3. America’s Got Talent Did you miss last night? Get a review of everything that happened right here. 7:00 PM CT NBC

Thomas Pendelton Talks About the Direction of the Tattoo Industry
Tattoo artist Thomas Pendelton, of the current Tattoo Highway on A&E, and originally from the show Inked, has been in the business a long time, longer than many of the tattoo artists out there, and long enough to form opinions of the different tattoo genres that have come and gone in his time in the business. I was lucky enough to talk to him recently, as he has some very definite ideas about the direction of the industry.
Not that Pendelton stayed with this particular art. He came up through the ranks the old-fashioned way, cleaning toilets, sweeping up, and making coffee, then becoming an apprentice, and finally earned his own shot at it. He left it for a short time to learn a different medium of art, and did movie sets for awhile in Hollywood. It wasn’t the last time he left, and it probably won’t be the last. He does it from time to time as he feels it makes him a better all-around artist. He also admits to needing to leave tattooing occasionally for the money, as with four babies in diapers, it can be tough for him, as there are only so many tattoos he can do in a day. (more…)
What’s Hot On TV Tonight – Big Brother’s Crucial Competition

Tonight will be the all-important Power of Veto competition and ceremony. veryone will be playing, and everyone has a stake in it. If Natalie or Kevin win, they’ll take themselves off the block and Russell will go up. If MIchele or Ryan win, they’ll keep the nominstaions the same and either Natalie or Kevin will go home, and if Jeff or Jordan win, they’ll take either Natalie or Kevin off the block and Russell will be the replacement with the intention of him going home. Jeff and Jordan have been waffling, as they don’t want to make a mistake, but I think they feel they have better odds with Kevin and or Natalie than Russ.
1. Regis and Kelly. Today’s guests are Tom Hanks, Hugh Jackman, Ciara, and Ouidad. Syndicated, check local listings.

What’s Hot On TV Tonight – More Hoarding
While it sounds like an odd idea for a show, it also seems fascinating at the same time. Hoarders is an offshoot of Obsession which finished a few weeks back. Along with having someone on with compulsive shopping and hoarding habits, tonight we also have a guy living amongst garbage, trash, and feces … human feces. What makes that oay?
1. Regis and Kelly. Guests include Russell Crowe, Cristina Applegate, Andy Samberg, Corbin Bleu, and Frederic Fekkai. Syndicated, check local listings.
2. An Officer and a Gentleman. It’s funny, but we think about this as a really romantic movie, because of the song and the last scene, but some of that stuff in the middle was anything but. 11:00 AM CT CMT
3. Oh, God!. WE know Morgan Freeman as God from the Almighty movies, but what about the guy to come before him, George Burns? Who was the better one? 12:35 PM CT Retro

It could be the last chance ever, or just the last chance during this special anniversary set of episodes. Whoever wins, Megan wants to talk to them after.
