Sports enthusiasts are going to have a good day. We have college football on throughout the afternoon and evening, and several different games to choose from. If that’s not your bag, we have game two of the American League Championship series. And finally, if neither of those float your boat, we’ve got a nightttime NASCAR race. 1. College Football: Oklahoma at Texas. It’s the 104th Red River Shootout in Dallas 11:00 AM CT ABC
2. College Football: Iowa at Wisconsin. The Hawkeyes have a ten game winning streak coming in. 11:00 AM CT ESPN
3. College Football: Northwestern at Michigan State. Northwestern has won the last four meetings between the two teams. 11:00 AM CT ESPN 2
4. Win a Date With Tad Hamilton! A young woman wins a date with a movie star, then wins his heart, causing the guy back home to have to fight for her. Topher Grace, Josh Duhamel, and Kate Bosworth star. 12:15 PM CT TBS
5. P.S. I Love You. This romantic comedy starring Hillary Swank, Kathy Bates, Harry Connick, Jr. is among my favorites. The movie’s good, but the soundtrack is to die for. Some great modern Irish folk stuff. Read my review at Film Monthly. 1:15 PM CT HBO2 West
6. College Football: Arkansas at Florida. Both teams are coming off big wins last week. 2:30 PM CT CBS

9. NASCAR Racing: Sprint Cup In Concord, NC. It’s the Bank of America 500 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway. 6:25 PM CT ABC
10. MLB Playoff: Game 2: Angels at Yankees. Game 2 of the AL Championship Series. 6:30 PM CT Fox
11. College Football: South Carolina at Alabama. Alabama leads the series 10-3. 6:15 PM CT ESPN
